BiQ Analyzer Download Legacy versions

The BiQ Analyzer HT installation package can be used to install the software for standalone machines which do not have access to internet.

The installation package contains two runnable java archives:
- install_BiQAnalyzerHT.jar - the BiQ Analyzer HT installer
- bisAlignerServer.jar - BisAligner executable

This version corresponds to the publication Lutsik et al., NAR, 2011.

The main points of BiQ Analyzer's licence agreement are as follows:

We did our best to build a good piece of software but we cannot give any guarantee whatsoever.
BiQ Analyzer is free only for non-commercial use (i.e. use by non-profit organizations on non-profit projects).
Commercial users (companies etc.) can contact us and will receive a free test version of BiQ Analyzer.
